Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NEO STAY, provided by NEO Business Solutions, Peshawar, Pakistan. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

NEO STAY is web software for managing accommodation: bookings, guests, payments, housekeeping and reports. Features depend on the plan and edition assigned to your account. The Hostel edition is not yet available.

2. Accounts

New properties register themselves and may need approval before use. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping credentials confidential and for the actions of staff you give access to.

3. Your data

You own the data you enter. You are responsible for having the right to record your guests’ information and for using it lawfully. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to access other businesses’ data, no disruption of the platform, and no uploading of malicious content.

5. Plans, trials and fees

Plans are based on the size of your property. Trials, prices and billing terms are agreed when you subscribe. We may suspend an account for non-payment or breach of these terms.

6. Availability and backups

We aim to keep the service available and take regular backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Keep your own records of anything critical.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

8. Ending the service

You may stop using the service at any time and ask for an export of your data. We may end the service for an account that breaches these terms.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
